For the benefit of our customers we offer free professional advice on a wide range of products and services.

It is our policy to offer quality products from well established and well known suppliers at competitive prices.
There will be others who offer inferior products, from dubious sources, at cheaper prices but this is a false economy and represents poor value for money when considering labour and replacement costs in the event of failure.

As a specialist supplier we will endeavour to find any product that you require. We make no charge. All we ask in return is the opportunity to make the sale at our best possible price and gain another satisfied customer.

When you are in a hurry, we have contact with a wide selection of wholesale suppliers and distributors and can generally locate and obtain products within a few days. There are no extra hidden charges for this service.

We offer a free estimating service. Your access to this service is via your local branch or directly with our offices at Acton or Canterbury. We generate hundreds of quotations per month for companies of all sizes, for projects ranging from the simplest to the most complex (see our recent projects).

To assist our customers with the logistic problems associated with our industry we have specialist teams at our branches that are skilled in handling the supply for all types of projects, from a simple bathroom to major 'builds' and refurbishments.
